AFECA members will gather for the 21st Annual General Meeting to review the Federation’s progress, consider key organisational matters and discuss its priorities for the coming years.
A key item on the agenda will be the election of the AFECA Board for the 2026–2028 term. Eligible members will have the opportunity to participate in the election and help shape AFECA’s leadership and strategic direction for the next two years.
The official AGM notice, agenda, nomination information, election procedures and voting arrangements will be circulated separately to eligible AFECA members in accordance with AFECA’s governing rules.
Attendance and voting are limited to eligible AFECA members and authorised representatives.

The AFECA Asia MICE Youth Challenge provides students with an international platform to develop and present innovative business event concepts to a panel of experienced industry leaders.
Now in its 11th edition, the Challenge continues AFECA’s commitment to nurturing the next generation of MICE professionals.

The Xiamen Convention & Exhibition Association (XMCEA) is the official host organisation of the AFECA Convention 2026.
XMCEA is working with AFECA to welcome members, industry leaders, government representatives, educators and young professionals from across Asia to Xiamen.
