Hangzhou Conference & Exhibition Industry Association was founded in June, 2003, affiliated to the Conference & Exhibition Industry Development Coordinating Office, Hangzhou (the Office of Hangzhou West Lake International Expo Organizing Committee). Up to now, it has grown up into an organization with 193 member units, 37 individual members, and over 15,000 employees. It is a professional team equipped with services like project planning, exhibition hall management, designing and exhibits arrangement, equipment leasing, etc.

It has set up the Member Service Department and the External Communication Department, hosted a series of self-owned brand forums like China City Conference & Exhibition Summit, and piloted the sustainable development of the conference and exhibition industry. The Association is making every effort to improve the overall quality of Hangzhou conference & exhibition industry, and establish itself as a crucial role in the process of “Staging a Better West Lake Expo, Developing the Conference & Exhibition Industry”.
