AFECA Announcement on 13th AFECA Annual General Meeting in Goyang City, Korea

We are pleased to inform that the 13th AFECA Annual General Meeting will be taking place on 22nd – 25th October in KINTEX, Goyang City, Korea. As this year is an election year, we cordially invite all AFECA members to attend the Annual General Meeting. An official AGM notice and administrative circular will be sent to you in August.

In-conjunction to the Annual General Meeting, AFECA will be organising the 4th AFECA Asia MICE Youth Challenge and 2018 AFECA Asian Awards which we hope to receive your continued support to participate in these activities. The 4th AFECA Asia MICE Youth Challenge will open to all students attending an accredited university or college within Asia. It is a platform for the future Asian MICE talents to outwit other participants by showcasing their genius novel event and convince the judges why their country/area is the best MICE destination in Asia.

As the MICE Federation in Asia, AFECA also aim to continuously provide the best practices in the industry and to set standards for excellence in various areas of MICE. The 2018 AFECA Asian Awards is an annual regional event to celebrate and acknowledge excellence in the exhibition and convention industry, as well as to recognize the contributions of AFECA members in the global marketplace.
