As key suppliers in the global supply chain and as leaders in the global ICT industry, Taiwanese manufacturers and innovators are continuing to produce high quality goods and introducing new products, services and innovative solutions for overcoming current and future challenges. While the global supply chain has been disrupted by COVID-19, Taiwan has remained as reliable and trusted as ever for partners around the world. According to the latest data, exports by Taiwan-based companies in March continued a growing trend from the previous month.

The Taiwan government established the Taiwan Excellence Awards were in 1993. Every year TAITRA, the organizer, invites innovative businesses form a wide variety of industry sectors to compete with their latest offers that demonstrate four areas of excellence: R&D, design, quality, and marketing. Ranked by an international panel of judges, the most innovative entries are awarded the mark of Taiwan Excellence, and only a very select number of top entries are chosen to compete for the Taiwan Excellence Silver Award, and the top honor, the Taiwan Excellence Gold Award.

Products or services that are recognized by Taiwan Excellence Awards represent the best of Taiwan’s industrial excellence, which include electronics and communication, PC and software, recreation and sports, transportation, fashion, home & construction materials & hardware, productivity and energy, health and precision instrument.

Each year, Taiwan Excellence brings together a selective group of award winners to attend a variety of international tradeshows at the Taiwan Excellence Pavilions, and attend global events such as Velothon Berlin.
