AFECA Asia MICE Youth Challenge 2021 was successfully held on 25th November 2021.

The special condition this year is that the Youth Challenge was organised in an online format, with Bangkok as the coordinating headquarter, working closely with AFECA Secretariat office and supporting associations and academic institutions participating in the event.

AFECA Asia MICE Youth Challenge has come a long way since its inception in 2015. It was an excellent and unique opportunity for the participants to connect with many peers from other participating countries / areas to inspire ideas and share their passion of the industry. For the sixth edition this year, it was an opportunity for the students to enhance their skills in the “new normal” ways to which the industry had adapted for business continuation and is expected to persist for many years.

A total of 13 participating teams has competed in this year’s Youth Challenge Online Edition. These 13 teams represents 8 countries/regions consisting of Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Macao, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan and Thailand.

SPECIAL RECOGNITION AWARDS

Recognising the hard work from the teams that have performed well throughout the process, the Special Recognition Awards are presented to the following teams:

2) 2022 1st Meeting Art - Macau International Future Visual Artist Conference from Macau University of Science and Technology, Macau

Presenting their proposals with enthusiasm and showcasing their presentation skills, the Best Presenter Awards are given to the following individuals:

Responding to the questions posted by the judges with confidence and well-thought-out answers, the Most Knowledgeable Awards are given to the following individuals:
