UFI Venue Management School (China)

UFI has joined forces with the Venue Management Association (VMA) in Australia to launch a new training programme for venue managers in Shanghai, China.
The UFI-VMA Venue Management School (China) not only offers high quality content, but it also provides a platform to meet like-minded colleagues and form alliances with exhibition professionals.
The 3-day programme will be taught in mandarin and will mainly focus on:
● security & crisis management
● leadership
● human resources
● effective customer care
● event operations
● marketing
● booking & scheduling
Lecturers include professionals and experts from the exhibition industry including: Monica Lee-Müller, Managing Director, HKCEC; Kandy Chan, General Manager of the Zhengzhou International Convention and Exhibition Centre; Michael Kruppe, General Manager of SNIEC; Augustus Leung, Senior Sales Manager at The Venetian Macao as well as many others.
Participants can look forward to a rich learning environment and plenty of networking opportunities, before taking the final exam that will be honored with a graduation certificate.
