Max completed his tertiary education in International Hospitality Management in 2001 and started his career working at the Sheraton Grande Hotel in Phuket. He soon developed his passion in destination management and was given an opportunity to work in a number of leading destination and event management companies like Diethelm Travel Group (Thailand), The Mint Organisation (Singapore) and Asia World Entreprise (Thailand). Max’s passion in customer service and proven strengths in successfully setting up MICE departments for his previous employers motivated him in setting up his own company Events Travel Asia (ETA) in 2013. Today, the ETA Group has offices in Vietnam and Singapore.
